Long before travel influencers toured exotic destinations, there were the jet set. The term, coined in the late '50s, was used to describe the international elite who traveled around the world to vacation in far-flung places and attend fashionable events.

During the '70s, as air travel became more accessible, the term died out. But, there are still those that uphold the phrase's original meaning. From summers in Cap Ferrat to winters in Gstaad, here are the new crop of Filipino jet setters you need to know.
