While we commonly book flights in advance to be able to plan our trips well, sometimes we might encounter circumstances that require us to reschedule those trips, like emergencies or turbulent weather.

Rebooking flights can be stressful and expensive, but Cebu Pacific’s newest offering promises travelers more convenience and peace of mind: It’s called CEB Flexi, a flight add-on that allows customers to rebook flights up to two hours before departure up to two times for a minimal fee.

“CEB Flexi is a great complement to year-round low fares as it provides the power and option to rebook flights should the need arise,” Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience, says in a press release.

“We encourage passengers to book in advance to avail of great low fare deals, now we also provide the ability to change travel dates, giving peace of mind that the flights they booked won’t go to waste.”

CEB Flexi can be purchased during booking through the Cebu Pacific website or the official Cebu Pacific mobile app. It is 60% cheaper than regular rebooking fees and you only need to pay for the difference in fare (if applicable).

The service is priced at P499 for domestic flights, P799 for international short-haul flights, and P1,099 for international long-haul flights. It can also be applied to promo fares.

CEB Flexi will be available starting October 22, 2019. All new flights booked starting this date will be non-refundable.
