Surprise, surprise?

To nobody's surprise, Singapore is, again, the most expensive city to live in. In a report conducted by Economist Intelligence Unit, Singaporeans shell out the most during their day to day lives.

The survey compared the costs of around 150 products and services—for things like gas, bread, and of course, wine. To make sure the report is accurate, they also considered the strength of the countries' currencies.

For example, the U.S. dollar is weaker this year, which explains why New York City is at 13th place. Among the top 10 most expensive cities are Seoul and Hong Kong, but Zurich and Paris are tied for second place.
